Each vial contains 200 µg in 0.2 ml of affinity purified anti-Mouse IgG, in PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.2% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.

Specificity |
The affinity purified anti-Mouse IgG h+l reacts with all subclasses of IgG and with all classes of mouse immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques due to the presence of anti light chains.

Use |
Anti-Mouse IgG+FITC DB2014 is recommended for use in immunocytochemistry. Recommended working dilution for ICC is 1:200.
